Question 1

Is it free to write a kindness message?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating a private Send a Smile message on SOME DAY is free.

Question 2

How do consent and sharing work?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is sent or shared automatically. Get the recipient’s consent before sharing the private link; you decide whether to pass it along. Anyone with the link may be able to read the message, so avoid sensitive details.

Question 3

Does SOME DAY deliver my message?

Accepted Answer

No. SOME DAY saves the note behind a private link. Opening that link is a simulated message experience; no email, text, notification, or other real-world delivery is sent. You decide whether to pass the link along yourself.

Question 4

Are the example messages real?

Accepted Answer

No. The optional starter message is illustrative sample copy. When used unchanged, it is labeled as a sample; it is not a real recipient message or evidence that a message was delivered.

Question 5

Are Make a Smile nominations public, and what happens after I submit?

Accepted Answer

Nominations are submitted privately and are not shown in the public app. They are received for review, but submitting one does not guarantee selection or any particular outcome.
